تصوّرات مقدّمي الرعاية المنزلية في تقديم الرعاية للأشخاص ذوي الاضطرابات النمائية والإعاقة الشديدة

الملخص

في ظلّ توسّع خدمات الرعاية الصحية المنزلية في المملكة العربية السعودية، تزداد الحاجة إلى فهم خبرات مقدّمي الرعاية المنزلية عند التعامل مع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. هدفت هذه الدراسة النوعية إلى استكشاف تصورات وخبرات مقدّمي الرعاية المنزلية في رعاية الأشخاص ذوي الاضطرابات النمائية والإعاقة الشديدة، وتحديد التحديات المرتبطة بمتطلبات الرعاية اليومية واقتراح توصيات لتحسين الخدمة. اعتمدت الدراسة على مقابلات فردية شبه منظّمة مع سبعة مشاركين من مقدمي الرعاية المنزلية ضمن القطاع الخاص في مدينة جدة، وحُللت البيانات التحليل الموضوعي لفهم خبرات وتصوّرات مقدّمي الرعاية، حيث كشفت النتائج خمس ثيمات رئيسة: (1) تفاوت المعرفة التشخيصية خصوصًا في الاضطرابات النمائية والسلوك/التواصل، (2) دور الدعم النفسي‑الاجتماعي والراحة المؤقتة في الاستدامة، (3) مركزية التنسيق والتثقيف والتدريب لبناء الكفاءة، (4) عبء الرعاية اليومية وتعقيدها بما يشمل أنشطة الحياة اليومية وإدارة الأجهزة، (5) عوائق الوصول للخدمات المرتبطة بالمواعيد والنقل والأهلية والإجراءات. توصي الدراسة بضرورة تقديم التدريب المهني والأسري في مجال الاعاقة وتعزيز الشراكات البحثية في القطاعات المختلفة لتحسين الخدمات المقدمة لذوي الاضطرابات النمائية وذوي الإعاقة الشديدة.
