Khaled Rashid Al-Jumaili (may God have mercy on him) and His Contributions to Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract

God Almighty willed that this Sharia (Islamic law) should remain and endure, and He chose for it supporters and advocates eager to obey Him, who became bearers of this noble Sharia and servants of this blessed knowledge. Among those who served Islamic knowledge in general, and Islamic jurisprudence in particular, is the esteemed Sheikh Dr. Khaled Al-Jumaili. Therefore, I chose to write about this contemporary figure, and my research plan is structured as follows: It includes an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion: • Introduction: In it, I explained the virtue and importance of knowledge. • Section One: In it, I presented his name, title, and birthplace. • Section Two: His upbringing and his aspiration to seek knowledge. • Section Three: Al-Jumaili's relationship with poetry. • Section Four: His contributions to Islamic jurisprudence.
